Saturday before Easter was "project" day! With Layla's help, Nona made birds nests, colored eggs, and chocolate bunnies, eggs, and flowers! Needless to say, we'll be unloading some of the 50lbs of sugar that's currently residing in our pantry, soon! On top of all we made, Mimi sent us a yummy cookie basket. layla and marley literally devoured their bunny cookies in about 20 minutes! No, the effects of the sugar rush were not all that fun.
