Need Coffee!

I was totally jonesin' for my morning coffee, but Daddy wasn't sharing. How do they expect me to handle a day filled with exersaucer, bouncy, and play mat time without that first cup of joe?

It's the 4 month mark, and we can now start feeding Layla solids! She's starting out with rice, and by the look of excitement on her face, i'd say it's a hit!

WWLD--What Would Layla Do?

Well, Layla was finally baptized on Sunday and overall it was a fine day! We had some family in town, and even though Layla's godparents (Elissa and Wade) were unable to attend, my godparents (Rich and Julie) kindly filled in. Layla was a gem, until she figured out how well her voice echoed inside the church. Thankfully, "lovey" and her trusted binky calmed her down. Mostly, i think she was just confused...big white dress, fancy jewelry, church...'is it my wedding day already?'
