We took our first trip to the Middleton Splash Park today. Layla was raring to go (she paced around the house in her sunglasses for about 20 minutes)! However, once we got there, it was a different story. She wanted to be held and/or stayed on the sidelines for quite awhile. She put on her brave, big girl pants, though....and actually made it to the middle of the splash pad by the end of our outing! She liked it so much at the end...she didn't even want to break to eat lunch!! Looks like we'll be spending a lot of time here this summer!!
