SURPRISE!!!

Well, as you can see....we're expecting our 2nd little bundle of joy!!! We just had our 8wk ultrasound today...baby is as healthy as can be. Heartrate was 164, and we could see our little bean wiggling its little body all around! We couldn't be happier...and Layla can't wait to be a Big Sister!!!

When looking at the US pic...the bean's head is faced down in the bottom right corner. You can see its little arm buds sticking out from its sides! We fell in love instantly today....again.

Lost In Translation

Congratulations, Becky & Chris!

Saturday evening was spent celebrating the marriage of Becky and Chris (finally!) at the Nakoma Country Club. We were able to catch up with some old friends...and our little bean even made it out for a couple hours past her 6:30pm bedtime. Of course, taking pics with Mommy and Daddy are the last things she wants to do anymore...she squirms out first chance she gets. She digs pics of just herself more.

Flower Girl

Layla loved helping Nona with her flowers this morning before we headed out. i'm not sure who was more upset by our departure....Layla or Nona and Grandpa. :-) We had a wonderful weekend visiting with all our family!

Day On The Boat

This past weekend we made the trek up north to spend time with the family. It was a gorgeous day on Saturday and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously, thanks to Nona and Grandpa! We had a great time on the boat, and we're sad that the day ended so quickly! Layla loved it, too...and only tried to climb overboard once or twice.

Cheese

Layla has begun practice for her theatrical debut. Every time we get the camera out, she says "cheese", blinks her eyes and gets this goofy look on her face. Get ready for LOTS of future pics with this silly smile.
